Dsp56303 jtag interface

hi i need help to find a schematic for a jtag cable to use with this dsp
and a tool-suite to help'me getting out the program that is inside this dsp

in freescale there is a tool-suite for the family but it requires a computer tool that no longer exist or i cant fin it

any help or pointer were to look well be appreciate
