DSP: Down Sampling of .wav file

Recorded two voice at two different sampling rates 44100 Hz , of .wav format. Need to down-sample the recorded signals by different factors by using MATLAB. can any one please provide the code.

Try to use resample method:
https://www.mathworks.com/help/ident/ref/resample.html?searchHighlight=resample
But first you have to do the LP filtration to ensure the Nyquist requirement with new sample rate.
