Drill legend missing after creating drill file in Cadence 16

CADENCE 16.0 VER.. While creating drill file... bottom through hole components nc drill legend not appear. whether it's tool bug or anything else.. PLs suggest me..

check
manufacture ---> NC ---> drill customisation ( in 15.7) and make sure all drills have sufficient symbol size X and symbol size Y . Then again place the drill table.
