I need a model of the drain to source current Ids in function of Vgs^3 using Bsim3v3.
If some one can help me?

for your request, i think following maybe can help you in hspice:
1. .param vd='vds*vds*vds'
2. .meas I1(MOS)
3. .DC sweep vd

please add these commands in your spice desk and set x-axis-->vd in awaves.

Thanks for your reply.

But my target is to find a model of Ids=f(Vgs^3) to compute the gm3 of the transistor, and after i will use the simulation (hspice).

If you have any suggestion, it will be welcome.
