double feed in microstrip antenna

Hi all,
I can't achieve more than 8 dB of Xpolar discrimination (XPD) in the main direction for a single feed square patch with 2 truncated corners. ¿is it possible to achieve a higher value?. I've tried with two feeds in phase quadrature and I achive an XPD=20 dB but I will need to design an hybrid or a wilkinson power divider which adds more complexity to my design. Also the axial Ratio is better in most directions of radiation; any suggestions?
thanks in advance
