[SOLVED] Do't get any output voltage

Hello friends,

I just buy a USB to SERIAL cable from a shop. But when I connect it on my PC I can't get any output voltage between any PIN. So is it damage? I try many time and many ways but same as.

Hard to say. It might be defective. Take it back to the shop.
