don't apply change when i debug a program in C#

hi to all
i work with C# 2008 express edition ...
these days i work on a project .. today i changed program but when i run it changes doesn't apply .. what is problem ??

for example i add a textbox .. but when i run the program that textbox doesn't appear ...
 

is this problem occur only on that program or any program?
 

it occur for only program .. and it didn't happen for other
