Does the positive and negative current flowing PFET alternately emerges c-rack noise?

There is some issue about c-rack noise.
We found it may relate with current flowing direction of a PMOS-FET.
At first in PMOS-FET, the current flows from D to S. Then switches to from S to D. The cycle is about 500Hz.
I am just curious whether this can cause c-rack noise. [c-rack is a forbidden word]
Thanks.
