Due considerable amount of specific built-in HW modules required ( wich canno´t be obtained in a single Microchip controller ) I can sugest you consider possibility to work with CYPRESS PSoC fammily ( CY8C ), even if you desire it acts like a dedicated circuit, and not properly like uC.
