Hi
I have to simulate near to 2.5 e6 electrical elements using Hspice 2007.03, in a very large scale circuit. I can simulate 2.4 e6 elements with 2GHZ computer Ram. However, I receive memory error when simulate 2.5 e6 electrical elements. Adding the computer Ram memory up to 8 GHZ can not help me, and I have still memory error. It seems that Hspice cannot simulate the circuits more than a specific amount of elements. If this is not correct can any body help me how I can remove this difficulty?

Please "Run as Windows NT" or "XP" (In Right Click Menu)

Same question exist for 64bit machins, is Hspice useable in 64bit environment?
