fm transceiver

ADF4360-8 from analog device is an almost complete FM transmitter PLL system. You need to add only the audio part.

Re: fm transceiver

Hi,

You don't state the application or band of interest but I assume it is not cell phone.

For 49 mhz operation try the Atmel U3600BM. This is widely available and actually will cover 30-70 Mhz.

If you have access to a Himark distributor you could try the Himark TR5100 if it is still available. This will cover from 30-150 MHz or so.

In both cases you just need a few periferal components for a complete FM xceiver. Hope this helps.

Re: fm transceiver

Philips Semicondutor has FM transceiver chip.

Re: fm transceiver
