fishnet structure

Hello all,
I am new with CST. I am trying to simulate fishnet structure which is basically multi metal-dielectric layers stack with periodic hole on it. i am using unit cell as boundary conditions. but somehow, i could not get results the same as what they look like in the literatures.
Does anyone here have some experience with this kinda of structure? I would be more than happy to get some guidances.
Thanks,
Joy
