Does anyone know how to do shift register for PIC18F4520

How to do shift register for pic 18r4520, having just 8 outputs of LED's. As we had make some research, but all come with PIC16, while I had to use PIC18.
 

Use SPI program and use Shift Register 74595.
If you got PIC16 sample, than you switch to PIC18 by refer to PIC18 datasheet.
 

could you give a sample code?
