Does anyone know any cheap IC to convert MP3 to WAV ?

I want to play a standard acoustic message at a phone.

But the message is a bit long like 1 min. So i need a big memory like 4-8Mbit to store this message in wav fomrat.

If i use a mp3 format the memory size is very less.

So Does anyone knows any IC which convert mp3 to WAV format?

You have to check prices in your area, as the prices differ from country to country and area to area.

Why don't you convert the WAV file to MP3 using your PC, store it in the memory chip and then play it back? Use a decoder when needed.

Yes Tahmid you are right. I want a decoder from the MP3 to wav output.
The VS1033D is not cheap is like ~5euros.

Do anyone knows a cheaper decoder for mp3?
