I am going to design a low noise amplifier using AT41486 transistor. Does anyone here knows where I can download the ADS model? Thank you so much in advance.
 

It seems obsolete and s-parameters only are available.Try to request it from Broadcom ...

Yeah, I have the s2p file but it could be nice to make simulations using the ADS model instead. I have tried to search but I couldn't find one.
