Modeling wires in HFSS?

Does anybody know how one can model wires in HFSS?

In my application, I need wires to connect one side of capacitive structure to the ground located elsewhere. I only need to make an ohmic contact and do not need to solve for the field around or in the wires. I tried making metal cylinders, however, the HFSS solver fails to mesh the structure.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Re: Modeling wires in HFSS?

What is the error message?
You can't mesh just a piece of geometry, not with a FEM package!
All the geometry will be meshed and solved.
