Documents for using ST7 microcontroller to make a thermometer

Hi,

I need some documentation about using the microcontroller ST7 to make a thermometer. I heard that these docs are available at STMicroelectronics.com but I can't find them.
I have an exam about microcontrollers (ST7) this week. So any help would be appreciated.
