Documents about RS232 programming in C++

guys im a newbie in rs232 programming with c++.please send clear text and tutorial links.
also can u suggest a well known popular component.
any help would be appreciated

If you are using Microsoft Visual C++ (with MFC), then you can try to use MSCOMM32 ActiveX component. It's a robust component, I've used it in several RS232 related software project.

yea i found a component something like that.anything i need to know about vc++ more because i am really fresh,

Just note that this link uses MFC on top of WIN API , which is wrapper. If yiou need more control , just use WinAPI . there is link to SDK doc online with soem examples :
