I'm looking for a simple tutorial about Rs-422 and Rs-485 standards. Anyone can help?

I can't find what is the standard pinout for a 25 pins connector working with Rs422.

The RS-422 interface uses DB37 and DB9 connectors as specified in the ISO 4902 standard
