Hi

I have been trying to find 8051 with extra features such as SPI, I2C and 8-bit ADC. So I could not find a suitable chip.

Do you know any 8051 has I2C or SPI?

Is there any database online for me to look up the 8051 chip?

Re: 8051 database

HI,

You may check the microcontrollers from the Analog.com
They got some 8051 with internal ADC.

8051 database

The list at Keil I mentioned above(https://www.keil.com/dd/parm_list.asp?f=8051 ) lists 757 derivatives of 8051, of which around the half has either I2C or SPI, 128 have both.
You can also do a parametric search on the list.

Do you think you are able to click at that link and read it yoursef, or do you need somebody to list them here for you?
