IC5141 & Hspice.

Hi, if i use NCSU CDK in IC5141, do i need to install Hspice any more ?
If need how to install syn_U-2003.03, which hvae two tar files (common.tar & linux.tar), which install first and how to link to IC5141 ?
Also, how to set environment variables for LDV5.
Because i search this forum cannot have idea.
