Does anyone who has the sample input files for testing the INL and DNL
of D/A converter with SPICE?

You can try to input all values in a linear pattern and then use matlab or excel to compute the INL / DNL.
 

Are u actually generating the DAC data using actual DAC or simulating it or you are generating the data mathematically?This link can be useful for you....
