DLL based Frequency Multiplier for PCS application

HI friends...

i need some information regarding the application...

i need to design DLL for Local Oscillator of the AMPS(IS-137)...

but as it is outdated i.e., 1G ... i'm looking for a better one..

My question is ...Can we design for any of the following

These are the North American Cellular telephone standards...

DCS-1900
IS-95
PACS
MIRS

can anyone help me out from this.?

what do u mean , ur DLL will act as ur frequqncy synthesizer

He means , he is going to generate multiple phases and then using these phase he could double or quadruple the input clock frequency.

yeah , this is how the edge combiner will take the delayed versions and get the multiple of the clock
