Can you please elaborate your querry? What exactly you mean to say? Which RFID you are refing to? The tag or the reader? 125Khz or mifare or UHF or some thing else? Cheers
 

You can go through the datasheet of any RFID reader. I have used on Mifare base which could detect upto 20mm.
