yes, it's easy
go to the "assign material" menu
click on "add material" button
when the wizard appears click the dispersive property (i.e. permittivity, permeability, etc)
click on the "set frequency dependency" button
Four type of dispersive material could be defined
Note that the frequency is in MHz and permittivity are permeability relative parameters in this wizard
