dispersion/ reflection phase diagram of mushroom ebg structure

I would like to plot the dispersion diagram for random unit cell of ebg structure. Anyone tell procedure and which solver is very efficient for thos in CST/HFSS.

You can also try time-domain EM solvers like FDTD for this.
