disk on chip

hi
anybody have any idea or documents about "disk on chip" or "flash disk"

The easiest is to use s CompacFlash card. It has an IDE interface like a hard disk. Or you can use a smartmedia card if you want to save space, cost and no of connection. Lots of info avaialable on both these on the internet
