u will find the related DFT documnets in the sold directory . only under tools doc directory u will find dft tutorial. Search for sold in the instalation directory and then you are able to see the documnets. It will be some thing like as shown below.

Dir :synopsys/sold/2006.12/doc/online. open top.pdf and it will be having all the links. you can select which ever u need it...
