Disable TCP/IP configuration??

hi all

how can i prevent any user in a certain PC XP to change the TCP/IP configuration??

i want to put something like restriction on the TCP/IP configuration??

In windows XP only users with administration profile have the right to modify the TCP/IP configuration of the machine.

Simply make a simple user mamber of users group.
