Hello,

I have to design a 77 GHz single balanced mixer for an university project. To verify the concept I started with a 24 GHz mixer which works fine.
But for the 77 GHz all the diodes I have tested didn't work good enough.

It would be really nice, if somebody could recommend me adequate diodes.

Thank you!
