The simple equation of the diode (Id=IS∗(eVd/Vt−1)) is not enough because it gives me the inverse of the predicted results. Could you help me to find a way to simulate the temperature dependency correctly? Regards,

Click to expand... Your expression is easy zero memory, so simply write it. I can not understand what you are embarassing at all, sincce it is too easy. I don't know what simulator you use. But examples are available in any simulator. https://www.designers-guide.org/VerilogAMS/semiconductors/diode/diode.va Last edited: Jun 5, 2018
