Hello everyone,
I'm using a diode connected mos that will act as Vhigh and Vlow for my sawtooth signal generator. First, I disregard the diode connected mos and use ideal Vpulse input, I obtained a sawtooth signal. But, when I tried to use the diode connected mos I obtained a very small signal with amplitude of 8mV. Can anyone help me?
See attachment for the circuit.
