i am using spartan 3 and encountered a little problem.
i have one of my port as DIO (DIGITAL INPUT OUTPUT), i configured this as DI and supplied it with a 5V battery (level high). Later i want to use this port as DO. But i forget to disconnect 5V so that the pin may remain unconnected and can accept DO value form PLXMON. this causes my code to show erratic behaviour even when i removed 5V battery from DO output (initially it was DI input).
i think my spartan chip has lost its functionality ? can any body confirm this
