can any one tell me
1. what is digital to time converter?
2.what is the diffrence between digital to time converter and time to digital converter??
 

A time to digital converter is an electronic sampling circuit.

The real world is analog.
On the other hand, digital electronic circuits are sampled with a predetermined clock...
