all ways be specific in what language you require code further spend some time and do search here

If all you need is the circuit, that's easy:
DS18B20 GND to 0V,
VDD to +5V,
DQ to any bi-directional pin on the PIC.

Add a resistor, I suggest 4.7K between DQ and +5V.

That's all there is.
