which one has better noise performance?

anyone can suggest some forms of digital phase sensitive detector

thanks in advance

If you are worried about noise, the analog multiplier is the best one because it works on low level signals where noise is important.

If you severely low pass filter the output (equivalent to integrating for a long time) the measurement will be less contaminated by noise.
