I am using AD9833 to generate sinewave. They have mentioned about digital supply(DVDD) and analog supply (VDD) to operate IC AD9833 . Both supplies operate at 5V.
do i need to construct two powersupplies for the requirement?

HI,
If you have in a system both supplys: usual is (in smaller relations) to have only one source, bit separate the both (or more) circuits/loads from all other through serial L & C, as low pass filter...
Often is needed a similar(inductive separation between both GNDs too.
In practicum its usual for that to apply an "RF-Bead", nowadays as SMD, 0805 or 0603...
Other GNDs are minimum to separate /split in parts of Analog/digital/high speed/high current & sensitive/low(es) signal circuits.
You can especially by ADi very good ApplNotes find over that subjects :)...
