what is differnce between STM32F103RET6 & STM32F103ZET6 & other 103 family ?
i find similar datasheet for all of them & cant know distinguish of them !bu t costs are so different!
&:
in STM32F103xx arm cortex mcu's datasheet i cant find informations about EEPROM,has this model EEPROM?
which member of arm cortex-m family has EEPROM?(Preferably stm32f103xx family)

Did you read more than the datasheet title page?

Datasheet chapter 7, Part numbering. Z and R refers to different pin count.

No STM32 device has on-chip EEPROM as far as I'm aware of.
