I would like to implement comparator for differential current inputs by using CMOS.
Is there any good idea ?

Google scholar search showing >100k results…
I think CCII based circuit be a good solution

CCII - Current Conveyor 2nd generation
The another good solution could be some kind of WTA (winner take all) circuit
