Hi friends,
can u please give me a circuit to handle differential voltage input of range upto 145VDC.Output of the amplifier shud be within +/- 10V range.
I'm designing a data acquisition system......................

Please itz very urgent.

use the r divider for the input voltage?

What that circuit suppose to do?? What are you mesuring??
 

without descibing all specs nobody will be able to help you out
 

Just these? I think this is not enough information.
