Hi,
I do powerplan using 0.13um library,as it is the first time using 0.13
technollgy, I want to know the different between 0.18um techology, and
can I use the same setting with 0.18um technology while doing the power
plan?

thanks a lot!

u can use the same settings but this might mostly result in over sized power distribution network.if this is not going to cause any congestion related problems to ur design means go ahead with your prev values. but if u want to have an optimised power rail design then refer the IR drop paper given in foll link
