Differences between Wideband & broadband RF Power Amplifiers

Dear all,
I have confusion about wide-band, ultra-wide-band, and broadband RF Power amplifiers. So, any idea about how to differentiate between them?

broadband is a careless literal translation of the German word Breitband - which actually means wide-band, I think.

ultra simply means more, i.e. wider in this case.
 

Oxford dictionary knows broadband, not wide-band, suggesting it's a genuine British word.
 

So can we say both wideband and broadband are same
