Hi Friends,

Can anyone please help me on this. What is the difference between the foundries UMC 65 and UMC40 apart from DRC violations.

Thanks & Regards,
Karthik.

UMC 65 and UMC40 aren't different foundries, but different process sizes (65 resp. 40nm min. designed gate lengths).

UMC is the foundry.
