difference between at89s51 and at89s52

Hai,

can anyone tell me what is difference between AT89C51 and AT89S52, which is better we can use for industrial application..

89S52 is ISP programmable. You can use a simple parallel port programmer to flash it.

the 89c51 is the prototype.while S52 is in system programmable.

S52 is cheaper than c51(here in India)

Operating voltage also differ (please check datasheet)

Nice to know that,here s52 series is expensive in PAKISTAN(Islamabad),than the c51

s52 is better than c51

S52 can be programmed with 3 wire only
(using AEC_ISP) that connectet with pararel port
