why i use s- parameter and hb parameter and dc & ac simulation and hb simulation on ADS
and what is difference between them..

consider the manual, all simulation types are quite well explained

ac- s-par simulation: small-signal analysis, linear behavior
hb-sim: type of nonlinear simulation
dc: as the name is: dc -> e.g. operating point

best regards
