difference between EEPROM 24c02c/p vs EEPROM 24LC04.

hai,

i want to know the difference between two EEPROM ( EEPROM 24c02c/p vs EEPROM 24LC04).
currently i am doing project interfacing ARM lpc2148 with EEPROM using I2C communication protocol.
i got the coding from internet. but they are using EEPROM 24LC04 but i have different EEPROM 24c02c/p. i didn't got the output. is there any problem in using EEPROM 24c02c/p instead of EEPROM 24LC04. and also want the know the difference between then.

Capacity is different 2kbit versus 4 kbit, code will be respectively different, too. The datasheet tells about.
