Hi ,
I have the following question , would anyone help me on this .

If DDR and DDR2 memories is operating at the same frequency(say at 200Mhz) .
If this is the case, then can i consider both are as same ?
what i want to know is , in both the cases we can read/write data on both edges of clk then both are same or not?

Hi,
Not essentially, there are lot of other differences that are to be taken into account viz. operating voltage (low for DDR2), Clock Latency, Prefetch, Resistive Termination, etc. clock frequency may be same though.
