voltage is the difference of potentials between two points.
while current is the number of charges/electrons that flow in between these two points in 1 second.
current flows in between the two terminals having some potential difference otherwise not.
V and I are directly proportional. as V increases I increases.

Voltage means potential deference between two point. Which means one point has a lot of positive charge other one has lot of negative charge. when the two point is connected by resister or something the charge movement will happen. the speed of that movement is the current.
