difference about three opamp

for the three kind of opamp:telescopic cascode, folded cascode, and two stages opamp with differential input(five transistors) & common source output & miller compensation, what's the difference of them? for example, gain, output resistance,input common mode range, output swing, noise, speed, power consumption etc. how to compare then in detail ? and how to select the proper opamp structure for us? thanks all.
 

Each day a lot of design engineers are spending hours making up their minds to find the "best" (that means the "optimum") opamp type for their specific application.
With other words: I doubt if anybody can answer your question.
(By the way: You forgot "cost" as one parameter which normally should be minimized/optimized as well).
