Diff probe for Offline flyback drain which is up to 850Vpk

We wish to probe the drain of an offline flyback which will go up to 850Vpk with the Agilent N2772A diff probe.
Can you confirm that this is capable of probing this voltage? The “600V CAT III” spec detailed on page 7 of its datasheet is putting me off.

As to the probe itself - it can handle over 1kV no problem - as long as your system is less than 1kV from the earth of the scope

- beware the bandwith is very reduced for high voltage signals
